everything in the box appears to be present and accounted for. this vendor needs to learn how to ship heavy items via usps. this shipping carton was breached, a plastic bag failed and all the hardware was floating around in the box. it was my lick that the bottom was not breached, and during shipping the box was never turned upside down.
