Disappointingly, the parcel had clearly been damaged in transit through Royal Mail, despite having been well wrapped, for the CD box was badly cracked and buckled, and the bits of plastic were still in the Jiffy bag. The seller very kindly provided a full refund, which seems totally unfair to his pocket, but has left me with every confidence in buying from him again in the future.
