I Purchased a 12 pack of tuners I waited Patiently finally the item arrived opened the bag, there was only 11 tips, I immediately emailed the seller, please send only one more piece, I need 12,to put on a 12 string double neck lap steel, Seller wanted pics I provided them, he agreed I received 11, Then wants to only do a partial refund, I said NO, I want the one missing this has gone on for some time, It's in dispute and Ebay will handle it from here, The seller was not out to help. No Nice.
