    Total Disappointment & Frustration

    Right out of the box, and after a 2 hour ordeal with a representative offshore in eastern Europe, (who by the way was one of the nicest individuals I have encountered,) it was determined that it was defective. He arranged for the exchange with CUJO, including a return label. This took about 3 days to obtain. Sent it back and am awaiting a replacement, i hope. Since I don't have a store "receipt" am finding it difficult to be positive? Fingers crossed.

    Cujo is a gr8 firewall

    I have tried this with several different modems and the CUJO is easy to set up, has great customer support, if you are looking for a great firewall that is super easy to set up.. get the cujo. I highly recommend this.. also be sure and download the free mobile app from the google play store, you can configure some modems just by plugging it into the modem and rebooting it, the mobile app lets you see all the devices that are on your network and if you don't want them on their just click and they won't have internet access on your network. Cujo has lifetime tech support and are nice and knowledgeable.
