Bag was described as “new without tags”. Bag was stained. Box it was packed in was perfect. I provided pictures of stained bag and box delivered in to the seller. Bag was stained before it was put into box. Seller offered a partial refund or a return. I replied that a partial refund was fine. This was a birthday present and I didn’t have enough time to get something else. I haven’t heard anything about the refund from the seller. It cost me $20 to get the bag cleaned. Very disappointed.

Panel is cute and color is great. Purchased on 8/21, tracking provided on 8/24 and delivered today 8/31. That’s 10 days from purchase to delivery. Not much communication. I had to ask for update on delivery.The price of the panel has doubled and shipping was a little envelope. I’m leaving positive feedback because I don’t want to mess up her rating…others say shipping was fast but not in my case.
