Unfortunately, USPS misplaced and lost the media mail package in which the CD I had purchased was sent. To-date, and after submitting 3 requests to locate the package, I am yet to receive a formal response from USPS. On the first 2 requests they entered "Resolved" on the status of the request although obviously that being so.
