The product (printer ink) arrived today and I'm excited to use it. It arrived in perfect condition and was as described in the Ebay ad. This seller is absolutely AWESOME!!! There was a problem with this order (it was delivered to the wrong address and the Post Office could not recover it) and I communicated this to the seller. Seller responded immediately, understood the problem and asked me what I wanted to do. I really needed the ink and seller resent it immediately! Cudos to seller!!!!!
