When asked about reports or returns of power-steering pumps with this noise, they responded with, "..all of the information we have about the part is included In our product listings title, description and images." There is no way I'm going to take the unit off, send it back, and then wait for another defective unit from the same batch. I'll just let it eventually fail and replace w/a better unit. BEWARE

But no damage to the packaging that the power steering line lay in and no damage to the power steering line either. Fast shipping and a good price on the power steering line. A good seller I can recommend.
