The seller was easy to talk to and responsive, no complaints there. That said, I wouldn’t call the condition “new: other” as it was listed. This item could have arrived in better condition. The system itself and the controller were dirty. I had to clean the grime and smudges before I felt comfortable hooking it up and ended up buying a whole new controller. The power cord was also frayed and damaged but still worked, ended up replacing that as well for peace of mind.
