J'ai renvoyé le livre en demandant le remboursement des frais de retour de 8.80 €. Depuis, je n'ai pas eu de remboursement de ces frais. Comme l’annonce était mensongère, je trouve malhonnête cette façon de procéder. J’ai reformulé ma demande. Depuis, aucune réponse. Je déconseille fortement ce vendeur.
