Good afternoon. I am sorry you feel like this. Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of your order, we had to send this on a pallet. The cost of £75 is if the courier attempted delivery and no one was available to accept delivery, however this is the reason we contact you before hand. If you are dissatisfied with the condition you received your batteries in you are more than welcome to open a returns case with eBay

The company delivered totally the wrong battery, without which i`m unable to run my car and return the wrong one via the Post Office. Their packers must be numbskulls, as the battery reference is 3 numbers.
When buying they answered all emails promptly. When trying to return with a pickup via the Post Office driver, they have totally ignored the 3 emails i have sent them.
There are other companies offering similar batteries and prices. Avoid this company at all costs !!
