Flywheel magnet weak producing small spark. It was enough to get the engine to run but would only jump a very small gap in air. Had to drill and tap holes in the new flywheel to enable mounting of the flywheel pulling tool. The original flywheel had the holes drilled and tapped already. I did not ask for a refund because I altered the condition of the flywheel by drilling and tapping holes into it. I replaced the magnet on the original flywheel and got a very large blue spark as a result.
