    Ordered the 7-In-1 Multitool Carabiner with Glass Breaker and LED light, but was sent the 5-In-1 version without the Glass Breaker and LED light. Contacted seller with pictures of the item and the box. Seller never returned my messages. Was for a birthday gift that has since past. ebay customer service was very hard to get in touch with regarding my issues. Was caught in a link loop with chat bots and automated recordings. Too stressful resolving the issues with absent seller or anyone at ebay.

    The package never arrived. I am leaving a positive because it was NOT the seller's fault. In the tracking, I can see that the seller shipped the package the very next day. It was lost in the mail by USPS. Communication with the seller was great too. They even offered me, either a refund or a second shipment but when I saw the message a refund was sent already.
