    We have had an excellent experience with Hongkimotor. Our Order was dispatched on time as promised but was very much delayed by the UK Postal Service through no fault of Hongkimotor. When we complained that we have not received our Order, they immediately apologised and gave a full refund yet it was NOT their fault.
