Gamecube came and was not set to NTSC region. Ended up having to open it up and solder the connection myself to get it to be NTSC. They had attempted to but did a poor job clearly since it was set to Japan when it arrived.
I reached out for assistance when the gamecube arrived and was not set to NTSC but received no communication back.
Be wary that if you buy one you made need to solder it yourself which is no easy task if you do not already have the equipment.
Gamecube does work fine.

Due to an earthquake, it took much longer to arrive, but the seller was very prompt and quick to respond when I wanted to check in on an update. After arriving, I was blown away on how much care was put into packaging it. The condition was borderline flawless, only issue was the D-Pad, have to press harder on Down in order for it to register, gently pressing won’t do anything.
