    Lego does it again

    I purchased this Lego product for my 7 year old grandson and he loves it. It has 16 different projects to do, some that are mechanical, and all the pieces come with it. A great purchase.

    Missing parts

    I ordered three of these from different vendors , all three kits were missing parts , one was missing almost half the parts . It took all three to make up two complete kits for my Grandsons . Not sure what the problem is but there certainly is one

    Good only for 5 contraptions - You'll need lots of other parts NOT supplied in the kit.

    The step-by-step instructions are very easy to understand. Plus they list exactly what you'll need to assemble each contraption. However what they don't tell you is you can only do the first 5 contraptions with the supplied parts. To do the other 5 contraptions show in the book, you need 105 other LEGO pieces that are NOT included in this set. For 1 of the other contraptions you'll need 63 of the 2x4 bricks - you'll need several basic sets of LEGOs to collect 63 of these basic bricks. Worse yet, a few of these extra pieces are NOT normal basic pieces such as one 8x16 brick or a 32x32 base plate. One of the contraptions needs a wire coat hanger. I haven't seen one of those in several years. But once you find all the extra stuff, these is a fun kit. The assembly pictures are clear ...
