I sent him a non-working XVT553SV per his instructions. Approximately two weeks later I got a working XVT553SV board in the mail. I installed it into our aged Vizio TV and powered it on: The TV works perfectly! Nick charges the lowest price for his refurbishment service (as of the date of this review). I am completely satisfied with his service.
