I wished they had arrived by the expected date or before. I needed them for an event but didn't arrive on time for it. The seller shipped UPS ground instead and they arrived a few days later than expected delivery date.

This was a custom order and no estimated delivery date was provided to the customer. When they ordered, I told them I would have their item shipped by Monday, July 4th (THE HOLIDAY) which I did. I shipped them UPS because USPS was closed for the holiday. Expected delivery time from UPS was quoted at 1-3 days. It took them 5 days. Not sure why I'm getting bad feedback when I did exactly what I told this buyer I would do. Maybe call UPS if you have a problem with them?
