He did not care that one switch indicator light was backwards. When you press on the light side of the switch, the light should go ON and make contact. It was backward and the light was off there and ON when you press the opposite side of the rocker. All others were correct AND his ad shows the function correctly but he did nothing to help. I sent pic of the bad switch to him. At his cost of these switches, if it were me, I would have just sent a replacement switch. Unprofessional, did not care.
