No problems, great communication, the circuit board was repaired as needed. My TV would not power on, re-setting did not resolve it, I tested the circuit boards some and it did not seem to be the power supply and I thought it might be the motherboard and I sent the symptoms to reworksrus and they confirmed they thought it was this motherboard and, yes, once repaired, my TV works.

I sent him a non-working XVT553SV per his instructions. Approximately two weeks later I got a working XVT553SV board in the mail. I installed it into our aged Vizio TV and powered it on: The TV works perfectly! Nick charges the lowest price for his refurbishment service (as of the date of this review).
