    Shipped poorly, came with three broken pieces and it would not function, company tried to do a return outside eBay over the phone. Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts . I see why their rating is so low.

    Canon DR-M260

    I am using canon scanners for many years, it is the newer model of the M160 and M160II. they have double feed and ability to scan plastic cards. The annoying issues with this scanner is to open and extend the tray, you get the feeling that it will break. Some programs can not interface with the ISIS part of the drivers, In general great reliable scanner
