The hat is beautiful but the shipping method is horrible! The hats were shipped in a flimsy plastic bag which other packages were set on them and there is some distortions. The damage would have been severe if it wasn't for being so hard. But may be workable. I wish they were shipped in a box. Of course shipping would have been a little higher but why risk losing customers or the hassle of a refund. I would like to buy other colors in this hat but won't.
