I tried to work with the seller to correct a problem with the product but he stopped answering my emails, thus the negative feed back. The plate had a smudge on it that was under the final clear coat so it could not be cleaned. It was on a white back ground so it was very noticeable with no way to repair so it needed to be replaced. I feel sure that the seller saw this before sending. It needed to be replaced but the seller just stopped responding to me.

Images are much lower quality than the photos but what was I expecting. They don’t span the mug’s width, which is unfortunate. I’d say 3 good pictures (maybe 4) could fit). Mine were landscape mode, I think portrait photos would come out better. Cool service I guess.
