The card and cables came in box that was well packaged. The item was exactly as described. I installed it in my TrueNAS box and hooked it up to 7 hard drives with the cables that came with the card. TrueNAS recognized the card and the hard drives. I had no problems setting up a new pool. I would not hesitate in recommending or buying from this seller.
