Seller is the best possible seller out there! I didn't read the description, where it's clearly written - make sure to provide the VIN number, otherwise, no refunds available. And yet, the item arrived which didn't fit my car. I was not planning to apply for the refund as it was my own fault, but the seller contacted me, asking if everything seems to be fine.
