Love this story. I had this book early 80s and used to read to my toddlers and they loved this little book with lots of pictures. I picked it up at the grocery store for less than a dollar.

I bought this book because it was my daughters favorite when she was a child, and now that she has a 2 year old son & I keep my grandson, Justin, I knew he would love it as much as she did. When he is here he gets out his books & this is also one of his favorite books. When I was looking for books to buy for him & saw "The Poky Little Puppy" I knew I had to get it, if not only for the memories of my children sitting on my lap when they were small & hearing the laughter when I would get to their favorite part, now I can make more memories just like those with my grandson.
