A++ Experience! Promptly shipped and delivered to TN in just a few days. Box was damaged, but items were ok except for a couple minor dings and one corner bracket bend that I fixed with a pair of pliers. The frame assembly took me about an hour, and it was up and running within two hours. No instructions, but it was easy for me to assemble. There’s enough double-sided tape to provide two rows of tape on the frame for each piece of siding. The seller was great and so is this flow hood!

***SCAM*** Immediately after completing the purchase, seller told me I was unable to pick up the item (I chose local pick up) and that I would have to pay over $360 for shipping. I was told to send the money outside of eBay or I could wait 60 - 80 day to get the item.
Trust me, these positive ratings mean nothing (could be bots). Not sure how this account is allowed to be on here. Save your money and dont get scammed like I did.
