    I can't rate the item because I didn't open it. Returned item because after ordering it, I discovered that I had damage to my crank and will be replacing motor. Customer service was great, shipping was fast. Package appeared to be in great shape from exterior. Called and they were understanding and actually offered to connect me with a company for a motor purchase. Hopefully refund will be as quick and painless as the rest of the process. I will be back.

    Great transaction. Recommend seller. Only issue is that the color is not what I was hoping for. I was hoping to get the neon green color as shown in pic, but instead got a forest green…..BUT seller clearly indicated that colors may vary. Im not dissatisfied, just a little disappointed.
