This seller is just awesome. The N scale engine I got was NOS. It didn't run so I sent him an email. He said try oiling it and clean it up. When I took it apart it was super clean, so I oiled it, and all the gears turned smoothly. I put it back together. It still didn't run. I emailed him back and he said he would send me a refund and to keep the engine and tinker with it and maybe I could get it to run. Very nice of him to do this. His shipping was super fast.
