Fits perfectly in passenger side storage bin. No need to remove storage bin, but you will need to do some trimming from the storage bin around the bottom half of subwoofer for the final fit and make a hole for speaker wire to pass through. Another thing to consider is upgrading to a better speaker wire terminal, this would be my only complaint about the box. Overall, I'm happy with the fit and still having some storage.

No instructions and the listing says it you don't need to remove plastic trim however it does need to be removed and trimmed alot to accommodate the box and speaker and the speaker faces towards the rear of the vehicle. Nice quality and fast shipment though.
