the item was not as shown in the picture
the stone was completely clear with no coloring and what appeared to be dirt on the bottom
the seller was polite and good about responding to messages within 24 hours but i would not recommend this particular product from the selection of necklaces they sell

Bismuth crystal received had very little color. Mostly gray with just a little shimmer. Specimen shown in seller's photo should be the item being sold, not some random example. Very disappointed.
