I am disappointed that having reached an agreement through the ebay system, taking payment from my account, the seller , without a given reason, reneged on the deal. It is undoubtedly a breach of ebay as it reads, giving the seller the right to withdraw ONLY with the agreement of the buyer. The buyer was not given the opportunity to accept or decline withdrawal therefore the sale must continue. I mark this neutral until Ebay adjudicates.
