    Doesnt fit as advertised, needed alteration

    Doesn't fit a Rochester intake manifold, holes for the studs are about an 1/8" off vertically and horizontally. After milling down the holes there was no material thick enough for the studs to snug it down. Finally, imperfections on the bottom face were drastic enough a gasket wouldn't seal without planing it down. It works, but needed a lot of help to get there.

    Don't buy one!

    The thing will not seal because of inferior hardware and machining. The adapter is not made to adequately accept the hardware to mount it to the intake, the hardware will crush the thin poorly machined adapter causing it to crack and fail causing a vacuum leak. The hardware is no better, poorly made fasteners do not fit in the recesses snugly causing installation problems as well.
