Product Information

In-your-face retired Marine Sergeant, drill instructor, Vietnam veteran, and actor R. Lee Ermey (APOCALYPSE NOW, FULL METAL JACKET) demystifies the workings of the U.S. military in the hit reality television show Mail Call. Whether heading to the firing range for a demonstration, enlisting the help of top military experts, or utilizing his own vast arsenal of knowledge and experience, Ermey answers questions submitted by real viewers, such as: how do grenade launchers work; where did the 21-gun salute come from; and how did the tank get its name? This collection features 7 favorite episodes from the explosive debut season.

  • Mail Call - Hoo- aH

A lighthearted look at military history and technology. Although the language might be a little rough for kids at times (and sissies too) it gives an insight into how involved things are in the military. Not just today, but in the past as well. As a vereran I loved it. Military service is sort of like whacking your head on the wall. It hurts at the time but feels good after the pain goes away. NO ! I wont even give you my name, rank, or service number !

  • Mail Call

  • R. Lee Rocks!

I lOVE R. Lee Ermey! He is very good in this program. He covers military questions that I have never even thought to ask and even some I have thought of but never recieved answers to. I highly recommend this if you're a military buff, love history or are just an Ermey fan like me!
