Seller agreed to sell item for $28 plus $10 shipping. I paid $38 plus tax. Seller sent item without any postage paid, hence USPS wanted $22.45 additional payment for postage. I will not know if failure to pay postage was deliberate or inadvertent, but would advise prospective buyers to be cautious.
