Product came broken, fan would not spin, package seems damaged, fins are bent and on heat pipe was broken.
contacted seller over a 20+ day peeiod, offered a 10% refund, then offered to ship me a new on in 50-75 days, then offered me to ship back to China, to get a new one, then offered a 38% refund, still no resolution seller not willing to work with me on this, buyer beware.
I gave them nearly 30 days to correct the issue before leaving feed back.
