Received the wrong battery, been promised that they will dispatch a new battery. After a week, received a refund. They could told me that they would not send a new battery, I would have ordered elsewhere but been waiting for new one, been a week without a bike due to this one, and will be even longer as need to order a new one after receiving refund, so that will be another week. Not happy with the service at all.
