After I paid for the items, the seller contacted me to let me know that he was overwhelmed with all of the orders that had been placed on this offering and that there would be a delay in packaging and shipping all the orders. The items were advertised as returned items and may be missing parts. When opening the boxes, they were far from incomplete. There was extra hardware included and all the essential parts were there.
