    Pretty Good Workout

    I love the exercises they have you do in the workout and the quick fix 5 minute workouts on each DVD in the set. There are a few things that I don't like including the screen for the exercises is extremely small, I have a big TV but when I play the DVD it only takes up a small portion so it is hard to see the exercises. Also, each model jumps into the exercise without explaining how to do the first one and moves through the exercises very quickly without explaining each one or telling you to start a different one so it is hard if you are new ort if it takes you a while to catch on. And it is kind of a pain to have 4 separate DVDs instead of combining them to make two DVDs so you can move through each different body part.

    a really fun workout

    saw an ad for this really cool exercise vid - looked in e-bay and bought it for about $6 less than major retailer - inc frt - it is sooooo much fun - I'm 60, female, so you would think a bunch of hot babes on the beach would not appeal but, they make the workouts so much fun and simple to do that I love it. It's broken down into 4 dvd's for 4 body areas (arms, abs legs and buns) with a 20 and 5 min for each. you can do 20 min abs and 5 min arms, switch the next day, etc If you want something you can and will do - go for ENVY GIRLS

    Envy Girls workout DVD review

    I previewed this DVD at a friend's house a few months back and it looked like a really fun way to shape up. That's why I bought it. The package contains four seperate DVDs, with a different instructor/body part of focus on each. There are videos for arms, legs, abs, and butt ("the spots that really matter".) Each section has a warm-up, main workout, cooldown, and five minute quickie workout. The girls are all hot and motivation in themselves, plus the moves are easy but challenging and paired with fun music. I keep this DVD close to my player and pop it in when I have minutes to burn. All you need to pair with this purchase are a set of light dumbells (1-5 lbs.)

    surprisingly challenging

    I bought this DVD based on the reviews, although I was skeptical. The workouts are long enough to be effective, yet not too long that busy people wouldn't have time. I love the countdown feature that shows the remaining number of reps, and I also like the quick fix 5 minute workout segment after each workout for when I'm extra busy, it's short but challenging. I'm a workout DVD junkie, and this set offers a good mix of moves I haven't seen before, along with a few of the usual suspects. Very easy to follow. Overall very pleased, definitely give it a try!

    it's okay.. but not for me

    i bought this because i wanted to try a different workout routine plus i fell into the "you can have a perfect body too" trap. i really wanted to like this 4 disc workout but some of the exercises were diffcult for me to do. the 'arms of envy' workout is my favorite one of the 4. 'buns of envy' wasn't for me..i couldn't stand doing all those squats. 'abs of envy' is okay but some of the exercises didn't make much sense to me and i sat through out the rest of the video...same for the 'legs of envy' workout. the instructors/models are beautiful and they do a pretty good job but i wish the workouts were better.
