Didn't ship the item until I called and got excuse that it was a P.O.Box when there clearly was a street address before the P.O. box. Seems odd it wasn't shipped till I called. The assembly instructions have to be the worst I've seen. The pictures are not clear and useless. Why don't they get rid of the pictures and provide an exploded view of each step. Not sure how it works as I haven't used it yet.
