I admit i was skeptical purchasing this sync 3. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Shipping was quick. Packaging was great. I had questions before purchase. Vendor responded quickly. The unit is programed before shipping by VIN. It worked flawlessly out of the box. Impressive. Couple of areas for improvement trim pry tools not great quality. Instructions sent were not great. However you tube has plenty of videos. Good vendor would use again! If issues I arise I will update.

Item was easy to install and worked as described. Had a small issue with radio functions after install. Customer service was great! Schedule time for a technical support through Whatapp. Contacted me early to see if I was free to work on the issue. The support person was super!!! Work with me patiently for over 3 hours (only because I had connecivity problems with my internet which kept interrupting the downloads ) . Once connetivity issue was resolved , the issue was resolved quickly!
