I just received my clutch and it is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! I was a little worried as the previous reviews had indicated their items smelled like smoke. This item did NOT and is just as described. The seller was super nice when I expressed my concern about smoke smells and she explained she had bought those previous items smelling of smoke and ensured my item would not. The item arrived with a smoke odor, which was not the seller’s fault. The seller was very proactive and kindly offered a refund to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I was able to remove the smell using enzyme cleaner and decided to keep the item. The customer service was excellent, and I would happily purchase from them again!
