A Great Gift Idea!
I have a different version of this meal prep tool so I bought this as gifts for my daughters. I love that it is easy to use, clean and store. I mainly use the mandoline feature, but the other features are there if I want to use them. The grid like chopper does not work on potatoes, but might if they are partially cooked. I would suggest taking time to explore some of its features before meal prep time since that’s a time to get things done IMHO. Slice away.
This slicer is excellent. The first thing you need to do is USE THE GLOVE included. I didn't and paid the price...the blades are razor sharp and cut so fast that I didn't think about that as I sliced an onion followed by the tip of my thumb. Anyway, it works great, is easy to clean, and convenient to store.

THis is a nifty tool. I wish I had found it years ago. I was expecting and shopping for a spiralizer as I have loads of zucchini in the garden. When it arrived with a variety of cutting blades I was thrilled. It is well made and an amazing value for the money. Every home should have one.
