Appears to be brand new and exactly as described. It was securely packaged and arrived undamaged. The shipping time was longer than I expected considering it was shipped from the same state that I reside in. It did arrive by the Ebay due date however. I don't believe that this reflects negatively on the seller as sometimes shipping times is completely out of control of the seller.
