I paid $211 for a Danze faucet listed as "new". Seller shipped faucet in its original box that had clearly been opened and taped shut long ago with a gash that had mildew around the edges. Seller blamed the post office - LOL. I hired a plumber to install it and discovered the "new" faucet makes a weird intermittent thumping sound when you turn on both hot and cold levers. I contacted Danze and the technician confirmed that something isn't right with the faucet. Have video proof, but can't upload

Buyer haggled relentlessly, then found any excuse they could to get the item for free. We were not told about any issues with the faucet, only the box, and never received a video. The item is under Danze warranty. We absolutely will not refund for a gash in a box that is just going to be thrown away. Glad they posted this. Do not purchase from us if you are looking to scam us; we will not refund for frivolous cosmetic issues with a box.

I picked the wrong kit for my Delta Trim Kit. The kit was a very good value fore the money. I did not check the notes on not being able to return. This was my fault. This vendor got back with me and explained the no return policy. I am happy with their response time and explanation. I will buy from them again but will do my homework before i purchase.
