The packaging, plastic wrapping, allowed for some very minor damage to the outside layer of the fence roll. Some of the wire was bent but was easily straightened with little effort. In my opinion, a box might have been a better packaging option. I consider the item to be a good value when compared to other options I viewed on Ebay, Amazon, and local markets.

Hopefully, they can double check the goods before sending out the next time. Regardless, the important thing is to recognize the error and take appropriate actions to rectify the issue which I think is very important. I give props to them for doing the right thing.
