Two parcels arrived: somehow first item arrived from seller was not what I ordered, so I filed for a refund and got it. Sometime later, a second arrived, containing the order. Very puzzling situation. Second parcel arrived well past the date of which a refund had been issued as initially it appeared the seller was attempting a scam. I believe instead this was a genuine mistake. This is certainly a new one for me and an odd situation.
