The item arrived with a smoke odor, which was not the seller’s fault. The seller was very proactive and kindly offered a refund to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I was able to remove the smell using enzyme cleaner and decided to keep the item. The customer service was excellent, and I would happily purchase from them again!

Item in great condition and as shown in photos! I wish the seller would have included in the listing that the wrap was coming from a smoking home because I was surprised by the cigarette smell when I opened the package. I try to avoid third hand smoke so this was disappointing. Beautiful wrap though and hopefully the smell/chemicals will wash out!
