    Of the 4 GPUs I bought from different sellers, this one was the most expensive but also most beat up. Gooey residue on bottom plate of the card, implying a large sticker was hastily peeled off. Most of that doesn't matter, because the card is meant to be unseen in rack server. Card arrived in a timely matter. It is the correct item and functions exactly as intended. That's all that really matters to be good enough.
