One of the very best Canadian eBay sellers! Item was exactly as described and illustrated and sent lightning fast. Extra care was taken in packaging everything with layers of protective bubble wrap and cardboard packaging. Great communication also. Thank you! A+++++

  • Iron Yoga Great for All Levels

I'm getting into a Yoga routine again and I find this DVD to be great for me because it will take me some time to get into shape. I do love the complete focus on my body, my breathing and my balance. This DVD turned out to be a good one to ease myself back into Yoga, as the instructor and his two demonstrators show beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. I feel I will be able to progress with this one. I needed 1.5 lb soft dumbells, and since I didn’t know that ahead of time, I used two cans of diced tomatoes. Not really great for my poor thumbs, but whatever. I’m just glad I didn’t drop them on my bare toes! I'm writing once a week on my blog about weight loss and this DVD too. • Iron Yoga

This is an excellent CD. The hardest part is the breathing, but everything else is nice and not rushed. My suggestion is to use the lightest weigth possible since you hold poses longer. It's really nice also because they have a beginner, intermediate, and advanced person to watch. I do this cd 3 times a week in the morning and I feel great and have such a positive attitude all day.

  • Strength, balance, and flexibility are the goals of this DVD.

I love this DVD! It is easy to follow, can be used by any fitness level, and is a good workout. It helps to have 1 or 2 pound hand weights but it is not necessary. This workout combines the stretching and balance of yoga with muscle toning. Perfect for a day when you can't get outside to exercise.

  • Exactly what it means: Iron Yoga.

A "new" 2005 sealed package/ replacement for one I misplaced or left in some luggage after I relocated from Thailand to USA, six months ago. I'll probably order a 2nd copy to be on the safe side...

  • Serious Snoozer

I teach yoga and pilates and was really hoping for some exciting new ideas for strength and balance in my class. I didn't get any from this video. It's painfully slow and uninteresting. There were no creative applications. I found this video a complete waste of my time and money. If you teach Silver Sneakers or other active older adult classes this would be a great video. The title "Iron Yoga" is really deceiving, you think it's going to have certain difficulty level with such a title. It would be more appropriately titled "Geriatric Yoga for Beginners".
